Folsom's Kyle Lackner won the Half Marathon in 1:17.33. The kids had their own one-mile Scary Scamper run. Nobie Zur, 4, from Woodland in a bee costume and her sister, Jenna Eckard, 7, dressed as a rocket, completed the course running and walking. The last leg was a rough uphill for some of the kids. Kyle Lacker closes in on the finish line. He was the first to cross. Nick Zerwas of Loomis placed third in 1:19:43. Katherine Abdolhosseini lets out a victorious scream after being the first woman to cross the finish line at Sunday?s Lake Natoma Four Bridges Half Marathon. Abdolhosseini, 31, finished the race in 1 hour, 27 minutes and 33 seconds. Brian Baadte fuels up after the race. Crowds gathered by the finish line to cheer on the runners. Many of the participants wore costumes, including Amy Hernandez of Santa Rosa, Karen Finkenbinder of Clayton and Michele Fleischacker of Windsor. More than 2,000 runners competed in the Lake Natoma Four Bridges Half Marathon. Camron Shahmirzadi of Folsom placed second in the Half Marathon, finishing in 1:17:48.
