Grace Foundation CEO Beth DeCaprio held a press conference in the Folsom parking lots of Bank of America and Wells Fargo in July to bring awareness to what she alleges are the banks dumping of horses on the equine rescue center. The banks foreclosed on a horse ranch and more than 50 horses were taken in by the El Dorado Hills based non-profit rescue group.
