Children got the chance to pump the Folsom, El Dorado & Sacramento Historical Railroad Association's newest handcar Sunday morning before the 19th Annual Folsom Handcar Derby kicked off. Folsom police officer Ty Schantz won the day in the Pusher?s contest by mustering enough strength to send the handcar 351.5 feet down the track.
