The Sierra Foothills Lacrosse Club has geared up pre-season practice in preparation for the 2009 Season. This is the club’s second year, and they now plan to add Youth Senior (U-15) and Junior (U-13) teams in addition to Boys Varsity by expanded recruiting to all the local schools: Del Oro, Rocklin, Whitney, Lincoln, Placer, and Colfax. Girls may enroll in the Boy's Youth Teams, but the high school team is boys only. The club hopes to add girls' teams and other age groups in the future.

Come join the SFLC Eagles Lacrosse Saturday mornings now through January, at LDS Recreational Park (hwy80 / Penryn exit, 3211 Boulder Creek Place): 9-11am for high school, 11am-1pm for Youth [each Saturday except 12/27 & 1/3]. There will be skills demos for new players and pre-season conditioning for returning players, followed by some fun, non-contact scrimmage: just wear cleats and bring (or borrow) a stick.
