Oak Ridge High’s golf team saw its season come to an end on Monday, as they place a disappointing 11th in the Masters Golf Tournament held at The Reserve at Spanos Park in Stockton. Under difficult playing conditions, Dane Petersen shot the low round for the Trojans with an 81. Jordan Weir finished seven strokes behind with an 87, and James Leal came in third with an 88. Cory Dela Cruz finished in 90 strokes, while Andrew Block shot a 91 and Jarod Czinski finished with a 93. “We played poorly,” Oak Ridge coach Carl Massey said. “The conditions were difficult and all the scores were high.” Folsom High won the tournament by shooting a 417.
