When Oak Ridge and St. Francis get together for a lacrosse game, it’s bound to get interesting. In the last three years, five of the teams’ six games have been decided by one goal and Tuesday night’s contest was the same as the Troubadours came away with an 11-10 victory in a game that was tied seven times. The last tie was broken with just 1:49 to play in the game as St. Francis scored the winning goal. Jordynn Wood scored four times for Oak Ridge, while Bridgette Hanson and Maddy Hames each scored twice. Megan Lee and Morgan Bakarich found the back of the net once, while Liz Shaeffer made 14 saves in goal. The game marked the end of the season for the Lady Trojans, who finished with a 5-3 record in conference play and an 8-9 mark overall. It was also the final high school game for Oak Ridge seniors Megan Lee, Heather Tegley, Jennifer Tegley and Emmeline Wilson.
