Oak Ridge High will be the site of a Game Breaker Lacrosse Camp from June 18-21.
The camp is for kids ages 7 to 15 with 7-9-year-olds playing from 9 a.m. to noon at a cost of $175 and kids 10-15 playing from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at a cost of $335.
The camps will cover the following skills: stick work, shooting, dodging, fast breaks, defense (team and individual), offense (team and individual), ground balls, clears and rides, face-off and wing play, midfield transition and goalie play.
Former Guilford College head coach John Burke will co-direct the camp along with Brad Speno, Oak Ridge High?s varsity boys? head coach.
